Shipping Destinations
We currently ships within the contiguous United States. At this time, shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
For orders under $75, standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $8 per order.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Express Shipping
Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location and carrier availability. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. La Flâneuse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, La Flâneuse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. La Flâneuse is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
