Welcome to La Flâneuse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the La Flâneuse website, online store, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by La Flâneuse LLC ("La Flâneuse," "we," "us," or "our"). Our storefront is powered by Shopify.

By visiting, browsing, or making a purchase through the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use the Services and place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Products and Availability

La Flâneuse offers curated fashion, accessories, and related products for personal, non-commercial use. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or limit sales at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, descriptions, and dimensions accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device and display settings.

Product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information may occasionally contain errors or may change without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in that order. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, product or pricing errors, inventory limitations, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you submit your order. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

La Flâneuse currently ships only to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply-chain disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

Shopify and Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products, but your purchase of products from this store is a transaction with La Flâneuse LLC, not Shopify.

The Services may offer payment methods or features provided by third parties, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms, privacy notices, and eligibility requirements.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content on them—including the La Flâneuse name, logos, product photography, text, graphics, layouts, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to La Flâneuse and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial shopping use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or their content without our prior written permission.

Feedback and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, photos, or other content to us, you grant La Flâneuse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business and Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all content made available through them are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, La Flâneuse LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services or products purchased through the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to La Flâneuse for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless La Flâneuse LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of another person's rights.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on the Services and update the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are posted means that you accept the revised Terms.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any terms presented to you at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and La Flâneuse regarding the Services.
